In order to reserve a place for your child at Happy Nursery Days, please complete and return the application form. We would require a card payment of £30 for administration fees. £200 deposit payable in advance will be required prior to commencement at Happy Nursery Days. The deposit and month fees payable in advance will be refunded against your final bill, when leaving the nursery provided that one month notice has been given in writing.
As soon as the Nursery has received your application, you will be contacted by us to arrange a viewing and will be given details of availability.
