Position: Room Leader
Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education or equivalent
Sector: Nursery
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Rate of pay: £19,000.00 per annum

Happy Nursery Days is a subsidiary of Ekaya Housing Association. The nursery opened in September 2004 and provides high standards of childcare and education for children aged between 3 months and 5 years. The well designed, spacious and stimulating playrooms and a large eco-friendly garden area provides an interesting learning environment where children can achieve their full potential. We are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad depth of experience and enthusiastic leadership skills and has the capabilities to manage a large setting. Thus ensuring all children attending our nursery receives quality, rich and stimulating learning experiences. The Manager will be able to monitor sustainability and strive to continually reflect on and improve practice within the nursery. If you have significant management experience and the drive, motivation and determination to be successful then you should not let this exciting opportunity pass you by.
